"I'm here every morning and every evening and have never had a problem until the new cashier white guy acting like he's ghetto doesn't want to do his job and acts like a punk try to force you to drink coffee grounds because he messed up making a coffee and didn't want to make a new pot then tried to charge me for dumping out the cup of coffee that had the grounds in it and when I asked to speak with the manager pretended like he was actual management yeah okay like you'd ever become manager do not go to the 7-Eleven when this man is there only when the good manager decent man is there."
"The employees of this store are very nice and clean store. (:"
"This is one of the better 7-Eleven’s that I’ve ever been to. The coffee here is fantastic! Store is very clean, a lot of available parking and the people who work in the store are very friendly and welcoming. The cashier was nice enough to use her 7-Eleven rewards for me since I wasn’t enrolled and she saved me a cup of coffee! I would definitely stop back here again."
"I had a bad experience today when we went with my friend one of the employees of this place was not taking as thieves when we only went to buy a cough medicine my friend just asked me which was better and the cashier said that we were stealing should to be more careful because not all people are the same we enter bomas to buy"
"DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE EVER!! I would give this store 0 stars out of 5. however, it didn't let me post my comments until I selected first star. I had WORSE experience at this store this morning. I bought 2 of jalapeno and cheese Taquitos; 2 orders of hashbrown (total 10 hashbrowns), one beans and cheese burrito, and a large ice mocha coffee. I bought all these for both me and my co-worker. Before ordering Taquitos, I asked a guy on cashier if it had meats in it, because I am vegetarian and I do not eat meat, chicken and fish. He heard me talking to his another customer behind me that I do not eat meat at all and all these foods were for both me and my co-worker. To answer my question, he denied that taquitos does not have meat in it, so I ordered 2. I had a bite of one taquito and I noticed a cube-cut piece of chicken in it. I realized it was something like chicken and cheese type of taquito. I called him to just let him know that he made mistake. I wanted him to realized that he didn't do right thing by breaking my religious rule. At first, he made his 1st mistake by saying to me like I should have checked in the box what they had give me. I mean what the heck? REALLY? Do you want me to bite taquito in front of you and your other customers who were in line behind me just to make sure that I do not get meat taquito? SERIOUSLY? What a distressing situation ever! Check the picture of how taquito looks like. Looking at it, Which angel of taquito tells you if it was meat or veg? OH by the way, I asked my coworker about which taquito she got because I bought 2 of them in total and She also got the chicken. This is his 2nd worse service. Then finally he said he know that this is his fault, Come again I will give you 4 of them. Oh Hello! I don't want your 4 of them and neither his money back. In fact, I wanted him to realize that what he did with me was the worse customer service. If he had only apologize, then I would have taken it lightly by telling him not to worry. But What frustrates me even more is that he blamed me by telling me that "I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED IT". His 3rd mistake is that Hashbrowns was not cooked properly as the guy was really in rush. He doesn't value his customers at all. If I were you as customer and if you are vegetarian, which means you don't eat meats, I would not go to this store ever. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! VERY DISRESPECTFUL!"
