Paws and Possibilities in Maryland is a dog training institution located at 1474 Shot Town Road, Annapolis. Our philosophy revolves around the idea that the key to a successful relationship with your dog lies in your approach. We specialize in creating unique training plans tailored to your specific needs, making complicated training concepts easy to understand and measurable in results. Reviews of Paws and Possibilities - Maryland
"Kim and her staff have been amazing for training our dog (Tito)as well as training us, so we can all be happy. Not only have we taken advantage of the training classes but also the short and long term boarding. Both have been life savers. Thank you Paws & Possibilities!"
"All the instructors at Paws are TOP NOTCH. My dog, Dooby, was born with various disabilities including an underdeveloped left front leg with very limited mobility. His front legs are 3” shorter than his back legs so his posture is quite hunched and he is bow legged. As a result, it was VERY challenging to train him to walk on a leash and to not feel vulnerable around other dogs. Despite all his special needs, He was able to get accommodations to take the evaluation using his “cart.” Other trainers may have given up. Jovone worked patiently and tirelessly to help us figure out alternative approaches within his capabilities so that we could be successful. My hope is that he can inspire in a truly authentic therapeutic way."
"Oreo is a 26 pound Sheepadoodle that is 18 months old and is very stubborn. My husband and I were very optimistic if anyone could help us. She was kind of embarrassing when people would come over. She would pull us on a leash, take over any situation when we had family over, not share with other dogs, as my daughter would say, she’s the dog no one wants at the dog park. Lol. We went on vacation and left Oreo with Kim and her staff. They sent videos every day to share what she was learning. We were astonished at how well she was doing even after the first day. The videos really helped us learn what to do when you get home, plus there are more classes to help you to continue to train your dog and make you a better dog owner. I would highly recommend Paws And Possibilities to anyone."
"Kim and her team are amazing. We have been a customer for over two months and the value we get out of the various programs is unbelievable. I highly recommend Paws and Possibilities if you have any dog training needs."
"Kim and her training modules were an answer to my prayers. I recently adopted a 9 year old female Cavachon with separation anxiety. When she arrived at our home she would whine ALL the time. If I closed the door to go to the bathroom, she would whine. If I left anywhere where she could not see me, she would whine. This dog had 0 calm. It was driving me a little crazy and I was finishing the day anxious and feeling inadequate because I did not know how to calm her. I have been binge-watching Kim's training videos and by implementing her positive reinforcement tips (have not gotten to the "correcting unwanted behavior" part yet) it feels like I have a brand new dog. Kim, thank you. You restored peace back to my home! My dog is in a relaxed state 99% of the day. If you are on the fence about this training, do it! You will be amazed at the results."
