Walmart Garden Center 8057 Jumpers Hole Road, Pasadena, MD 21122

"I came in causei was near here. To save time I'm a creature of habit basically eat the same thing every week. I got some salami snack treys o get them all the time at other Walmart stores I pay with independence cards well all the sudden at this Walmart I had to pay cash. I expressed to the lady I just bought them 3 days ago at Walmart on Washington blvd didn't have to pay cash my independence card always works for these. She said it's a different Walmart. I reply I beg to differ this is a chain a huge conglomerate I'm not buying that excuse plus me being hearing impaired was no help ugh I hate Walmart"

"Too be honest,I do not like the Wal-Mart in jumpers because of parking and one way in, same way out. Need too open door by garden center. Employees are excellent in greeting,helping and kind."

"The store was busy, but people (employees and customers) were following appropriate mask wearing and social distancing. Lines to check out moved quickly and efficiently. We encountered at least 4 store employees, all of whom were friendly, pleasant and helpful."

"I was in the pasadena, md. Store and went through self checkout and paid for my items. I proceeded to ask the girl who was working (Laqueen) for assistance in putting money on my card. And because she was too interrested in talking to her friend, who she had been talking with the whole time ilI was in line, she sent me to customer service to do my transaction. I've always added money right there at the register! I called and spoke with a manager (Ellen) and was basically told that customer service was not a part of this girls job. I'm shocked! I worked for walmart for 2 1/2 years and customer service IS everyone's job! I will be adding this to my store reviews. I should have been helped first before her standing and talking to friends!"
