Maybe they were having an off day but I'm glad I didn't pay online; at least I can go somewhere else!"

"To be fair, I am not a huge Walmart fan. But I appreciate that in a pinch I can still fall back on this place to be a one stop shop for last minute items, and therefore while I dislike them, I still value their utility. Having lived in GA, WA, PA, TX, CA, NJ and NC they are all pretty much average across the board. That said, this is hands down the single worst Walmart, and perhaps the worst big box store, I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting. Being 2 miles from my home, I have been in a number of times, and I always say, it cant be worse than last time. And every time it is. Be it 40 minute checkout waits, price checks that take 10 minutes because customer service representatives would like to chat every single person on the way to the items location, or even a suspicious number of itmes purchased, just to find they are broken, necessitating a need to stand in another line to return them. The worst part is that the general management seems to simply acknowledge it, and shrug their shoulders. They just look at you like, "well, where else are you going to shop?" And you know what, they are right in that manner, it is an easy location. Moreover, all the customers dont even seem to realize at the abysmal level of customer service they have come to expect as normal. It boggles my mind. If you have just moved here, dont even try this place. If you are managment, well, I dont even know. I think this store is beyond saving."
