"THIS GROOMER ABUSES DOGS!!! I took my dog for a grooming and when I picked him up, he could barely walk. The grooming owner, Kathy, said that nothing happened to my dog. There’s no way nothing happened here – I took a perfectly healthy dog in and got a dog that can’t even walk after two hours. I took my dog to the vet, who immediately identified an injury in his front legs and subscribed medication for three weeks. My dog was in a lot of pain and while he’s walking again, he’s far from how he was before. The GROOMER KATHY refused to tell me what happened under her care, and while she said she will pay the bet bill, she never did. Do you want to risk your dog being abused while under care of this groomer? I also read older reviews of this place and found other reports of this owner being neglectful with dogs, including dogs that were able to leave the place and wonder around along busy roads and almost get killed by cars. I can see some happy clients reviews too, I’m glad your dog was ok, and I also like to support local businesses, but when service is bad it’s also our responsibility to let others know, especially if there’s a health/abuse risk. Also, accidents happen sometimes, and when they do there’s a professional way to handle them, including letting the owner know what happened, so they can address the issue fast and help the dog recover. Hiding the truth and being unprofessional is not a place I want to visit, ever. What if it was your dog being injured or abused? One time is too much. If you care for your doggie, my recommendation is to STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND ABUSIVE place."

"Was told the owner did my older dog. Horrible. Left her wet in the air conditioning, never clipped the hair on pads of feet between toes. She was the worst groomer I ever had."

"Having read a great review of this shop I thought it might work for my dog also. And it did Rocky has always been afraid of electric trimmers but these two girls where great and did all they could to trim Rocky. Hopefully I can get back to them again."
