"Been coming here for years and this place used to be a hero but now it’s a zero. Sometime, I believe last year, they changed owners or management structure. All the old, friendly staff that had been there for years is now gone and replaced by people who seemingly hate their job. I went in today and literally mid order the girl cut me off to answer the phone while I stood there till she asked someone else to help me that didn’t seem to be pleased about this. Also everytime I go here the price is more than last time. A tiny bag of popcorn was 10 bucks. I will say the quality has remained but the flavor selection is a fraction of what it used to be and the product is no longer worth the price. Today was my last visit. Go to Tom Leonard’s and the kettle and caramel corn is just as good or better and about 80 percent cheaper and they make it in house."

"Owners! I have an issue. The service and popcorn were great. (This is saying a lot as i dont normally eat popcorn..even at movies I don't... and my wife wanted me to grab some)My complaint is without cash, I have no way to thank the cashier monetarily for her service and patience otherwise. (No tip line on the card payment)"

Jim was very patient and paid attention to what we wanted and worked with us until we were satisfied with the outcome. "You can taste test all you want. Be forewarned that you tend to buy what you taste! The flavors are amazing. I spent about 15 minutes testing and making a decision about what to get. I went with the 2 gallon tin since it's refillable at a decent price."
