"I am writing to share our recent experience at the goddard school upper st clair ,which regrettably, was less than satisfactory. Despite the promise of personalized care, we noticed a lack of proactive communication from the staff.Moreover, the daycare’s claim of keeping parents updated via their app was not met. The lack of transparency and responsiveness has led us to conclude that this daycare lacks genuine childcare, a stance that we find disheartening . We expected a nurturing environment for our child. However, the experience has been anything but, and it is with regret that we cannot recommend this daycare to other parents looking for quality childcare."
