"Best ferret vet anywhere. Don’t take your ferrets anywhere else. Dr. Heller knows her stuff and is worth every penny she charges. Her wealth of knowledge saved our ferret’s life and he’s doing great today! UPDATE 10/2023: our 5 ferrets all got sick within a week and our oldest, Pugsley, was hit the hardest. I came home to the entire house covered in diarrhea (on the peepads) and pugs was not looking good. Ruth not only got us in within the next day, she also prescribed medicine for all 5 and they’re all doing WAY better after 72 hours. Ruth and her team are angels. Their love for ferrets show, and it makes me wanna cry. I’m so glad I have such a supportive group of doctors and specialists so close by! I know my ferrets are in good hands!"

"When you make that phone call to see a vet because you need one now, and your met with matter of fact sorry we can't help you now or later It is disappointing , However I made a call to Borderbrook and spoke with the receptionist who was more than polite and helpful , thankfully on my part that was a cancelation and could see my cat immediately ( it can be be a month or more wait due to shortage) Dr Ruth Heller and staff were very helpful and took the time to explain everything going on with my cat Lola , she has a ear infection , I thought she was dying , Anyway if you need a vet I wouldn't hesitate one bit to visit Dr Heller. You can just tell she loves animals"
