"Been coming here for years, my family also brought my childhood pets here. Everyone’s always so friendly & so sweet with my dogs."
"Great place to take your pets. Very nice and welcoming. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend"
"What is actually sad is the vets are amazing here but the people at the front desk always have an attitude. Doesn’t matter what you call for, always sound irritated by you calling, even in their hello. And best of luck getting ahold of them. Called for 2 days with no answer and they do not have a voicemail. This is why we left."
"Wonderful people! They are the only vet we could find who didn’t laugh when we asked if they saw bunnies. They took us right in when my daughter’s bunny was having sudden GI issues and we weren’t even regular clients. We’re quite sure they saved his little life! Very clean facility as well. Highly recommend!!"
"Awful experience this past year with the women answering the phones. First I called about my 4 year old dog not being able to walk, and they said they couldn’t fit him in. I had been going there for 4 years at that point so I went to Avets. 2 weeks later I called again about my dog turning jaundice after his Lymes diagnosis and her answer was “is he still moving around”…he died 8 hours later at Avets. The women in the front think they are vets and they are far from knowledgeable. Will never be returning and would not recommend strictly based upon the people answering the phones."
