"Wanted to give them a try when arriving very good impression. Upon picking my dag up all I heard was bad things about my dog. Out of the other 3 dog spas in the area this was the worst for feedback. The girl at the desk was not professional at all. Called back to speak to Brian and was told he wasn't there so after the 5th call to the plank Rd I wS told she called the owner and texted me and I would be given a call back here it is 4 days later and still have not heard a word. This place is definitely not what I expected and now I'm questioning the proper care towards my dog. Very dissatisfied at this point All the owner had to do was conversate with me and money wasn't even the issue."

"We took our 3-month old golden doodle for his first grooming. Sabrina was wonderful with him and took the time to educate us on how to keep our puppy’s coat from getting too matted. He smells so nice and I could tell he was comfortable being there. Will definitely be returning!"
