"I usually enjoy shopping here but this time it was horrible. Everything was all over nothing in its place, food isles were such a mess you couldn't find anything. Things were on the floor which made it difficult to go down the isle. Not sure if its due to lack of employees. Someone really needs to clean up so customers can have a pleasant experience. Need to hire someone just to clean up the mess that is made by shoppers. Otherwise Burlington is a nice store but will not be returning until after the holidays."

"I am giving a 1 instead of a 0 because the store was stocked. The last few times I have gone on my lunch one person at register with 20 people in line. Manager stands around pretending to be busy instead of doing her job and helping customers. Why not get on the register or how about getting self checkouts if you have nobody to work. They lost out on a big sale today, I walked out and left my full cart. Sadly I will not return to this store ever again. Last week the same thing happened to my family member. This is why people shop online, hassle free. Nobody should have to stand in line for longer than it took them to shop. Disgraceful."

"This burlington used to be the best. The store used to be neat, organized, well run. And now it is a disaster. Every aisle was destroyed like in the photos. Stuff thrown everywhere, stuff broken open and left in walkways. It's really really bad. They need to clean the store as well as hire more employees. The line is always outrageous over a hour and a half wait just to get two things. Terrible. It's a shame this store got this bad. I used to love coming here."

"This location is always clean and well organized. The staff is always helpful and the shelves are always fully stocked. I recommend this place to everyone. Ample parking of course, with lots of selections inside. The lines move pretty quick and I always leave with a good impression. I never hesitate on coming here."

"On one occasion the sign said it closes at 11pm..but they closed at 10. On another visit I bought baby shoes..Gerber..no price..its their product but not even a manager could get the right price..so they tried to sell it at the same price as a better name brand. So I had a $200 Coat I was gonna buy..but I put it back..the shoes should have been priced at least 5 bucks less. They were very rude."
