"After moving to the area and doing research on different childcare facilities we thought we were making a good decision by enrolling our son there. He was in daycare prior so the idea of a new school wasn't foreign to him. Shortly after enrolling him we noticed a massive shift in his behavior towards aggression and some of the things he would say shocked my husband and i. We brought it up to the teachers and directors and it was brushed off. Definitely obnoxious when my child is there for 15-20 hours a week. We ultimately chose to pull our son with the increase in COVID for our own personal reasons not the facility. We have an immunocompromised family member, our oldest is home doing online learning we were home anyway. When we brought it up typically they ask for a 2 week period. They told us his last week could be the last day we had paid. They have holiday days off beyond the typical holiday days, they make you pay for them then offer "credit" later. So we paid for Thanksgiving and the Friday after and then were told we don't get our deposit back even though we dont get to use the credit days either. On the very last day i was running late. I was getting off of night shift because i work as an RN. When i went to go get my son and take him there i got a message saying his belongings were packed up. I didn't even bother sending him after that because of how rude they were. My money spends everywhere. Maybe they can keep the extra money for days i was mandatedn to pay for and they can send their staff to some etiquette training. I was sad thinking we were pulling ours son and he would miss his friends and teachers but KIDBIZ you made my decision 100x easier to walk away."

"Kid Biz was such a positive for our family. We could trust our son who was there from the age of 1.5 on was treated well. He was almost always excited to be dropped off and the staff is warm and responsive. We love kid biz, the best in the area for sure. I can also say. They helped get my son to nap regularly and he grew a lot watching his peers. Good social interaction and good environment"

"The decision to send your child to daycare is a big one and can be unsettling. You want absolutely nothing but the best for your child and their safety is everything. I toured numerous daycares around the area. Of course, I could write a review and do tic for tac, you will find things you like and dislike about a facility, but when it comes to the care, education, and patience the men and women have shown me and my child at the McMurray Kid Biz Center has been nothing less than a blessing. Dropping my son off with complete strangers left me on edge. I have come to know the staff by name and have direct phone numbers! My calls are always answered, I recieve pictures of my son and what he's been doing throughout the day or week, they provide little report cards at the end of each day on his activities, what he's eaten, concerns, praises, you name it, it's on there. The best feeling of all is that my son shows no fear to walk through those doors each morning. He's greeted with smiles and hugs from staff and other students. They've become such positive mentors in my absence throughout the day. Sometimes he doesn't want to leave! I can honestly say that this daycare is clean, prompt to, SAFE, 100% involved, and they truly care for both child and parent. I feel it's more than just a business but a small family! This is obviously my own opinion, but I would most definitly recommend this center to other parents!"
