"Went to exchange some clothing I had ordered online. They did not have any available in larger size, or smaller size of another outfit. It was very clean. The sales rep was very friendly. No wait time going in our out the store. Plenty of parking."
"It looks like they are going to close. There were tons of moving boxes that were stored up in the basement. Some ppl were acting VERY GHETTO by taking a whole shopping cart truth the mall then leaving it all tacky on the curb. Now, if they had been brown folks, they would've been ARRESTED in these Cherry streets."
"I am extremely disgusted with my shopping experience. I was trying to purchase a pair of display heels that were already damaged. As i waited for the manager to come over and help me the employees told me she was coming. Until i realized she was eating Chinese food on the floor… laughing with friends. Then she proceeded to look bothered by helping her customers and seemed in a rush to finish the conversation she was short with her answers with me and walked away before i even finished my sentence. As a former employee at Macy's ill never be back to cherry hill locations. She told me she would only give me 10% off of display shoes when display shoes are already supposed to be 10% off and on top of that they were torn up and beaten on. And i never leave reviews but she was extremely rude."
"Came here about a few weeks to browse and it’s a very nice Macys with a great selection of clothes and beauty products. Very clean and well organized, there’s 2-3 levels so there’s a lot to see in the store. Would definitely come back to make a purchase in the future."
