"This gas station often has gas pumps that are inoperable. Also, often times, this gas station does not accept / give my Shell Fuel Rewards at the pump and it's easy to go unnoticed if not paying attention. For those reasons, I avoid this station and go out of my way to go to other Shell stations that work and also allow me to use my Fuel Rewards discounts."

"Tola was very rude to me and my husband when we went their to get food. TOLA did not even speak to us when we walked in the store at all.We asked him if he could make us a pizza and he said "NO I don't feel like doing, It takes to much time" we asked "how long ?we can wait no rush" he stated that he did not want to and he was not making it. He was very rude about it he throw our stuff into the bags. Another man who I Assume Might have been another worker Outside of uniform told Tola to just make the pizza for them he said No so the other man went to the back and made it for us. Tola was very disrespectful to us and rude."
