"Three employees working and not greeted by any. I had to search for what I was looking for, didn’t find it and shelves were bare. The heavier dude at the register had small talk amongst the other 2 workers and other customers but not me. Seemed a bit much and chatty. I generally don’t go to cvs much unless I’m picking up my prescription. The man at the pharmacy had a comment ‘ oh, well it’s a pharmacy.’ after I mentioned I had forgotten there were a lot of questions on the pin pad. There’s certain things that do not need to be said . I definitely see why the rating is low at this location. Unorganized and unhelpful staff primarily at the front."
"I understand the concept of customer service, the hard-ships regardless of whether you're the customer or the provider.... but for crying out loud, at some point as a customer you'd like to really find someone out there that says, "I'm providing my customers a service and they will receive the very best service in this field from me, no questions asked." You DO NOT GET THAT FROM CVS. Plain and simple. I've received nothing but trash service from nearly every CVS pharmacy I've been to. Everything from dragging out scripts ordered all the way to literally losing my information online concerning COVID vaccinations. How does a company stay in business with this type of unprofessional and down right awful tactics!!? Somebody should have to answer for it... somebody needs to take ownership of that horrendous service."
"The pharmacy team has exceptional customer service, and I would recommend this location over others in the area. When I called this morning, I wasn't even put on hold and was helped immediately. After they were able to transfer my prescription, they called me back (the same morning) to update me. The kindness and efficiency of the staff was very appreciated!"
"The service was great. Every effort was made to help us. The vaccine administer was nice to our daughters who were not looking forward to the shot and the nice gentleman behind the counter helped us with our insurance and printed the records upon request. Besides that a complete assortment you would fine in any other pharmacy so we could buy our daughters a small present after their shots. Highly recommended!"
