"This order of Takoyaki is completely burnt and not only that but it also smells burnt, when I went inside I asked if they usually serve it burnt, they said thats how they do serve it and laughed. It’s not crunchy it’s burnt, I also bought the bulgolgi and the portion is small, and rice was hard and didnt smell good, honestly seemed like rice that was made yesterday. I paid almost $20, and for the quality that they gave me, it is nowhere near worth almost $20. I’ve been at other Bonchon’s and they've never served me food like this, Over bad quality of food!"

"20230901 First time at this location The restaurant appeared to be clean. Service was good, but the employees could learn to smile. The hot chicken wings were HOT! I was able to tolerate 2 and gave the other 2 to my friend who can eat extremely hot! The pork belly buns were ok, with no flavor. I will stick with the ginger garlic wings next time... yummmm."
