"Paula is a nice lady but I was very dissatisfied with the job she did to my 10 month old mini Golden Doodle. My pup was minimally matted but instead of combing it out she shaved my pup down to bare skin and bones. I have seen groomers rescue dogs and still that dog didn't look as bad as mine do today! Furthermore, Paula didn't even buff her nails down. She cut them but didn't buff and smooth the edges. So when I went to pick up my pup...I was not only shocked but also scratched up because my pup jumped on me scratching my arms. Again, she was nice but I think she was lazy and didn't want to do the Work to comb out the mated areas.Btw. I brush my pup 2x a week.. A extra charge of $10 should not have been added because nothing was done but the shaving. To add injury to this whole situation, I realized that my pup was also not shaven smoothly and evenly. She has patches on her skin and uneven spots. Good luck if you choose her to do your Dog's grooming!"
