"Horrible customer service. I visited this store this morning. My transaction came to 14.31 . All I had was a 100 bill. Cashier motioned for some girl working in cosmetics that he needed change. She then proceeds to tell me they can't give me change because of the amount of my transaction. Huh ? Why would the amount of my items determine if you can give me change? She tells me nobody in any surrounding stores would break a 100 bill. I said don't tell me anything about the other stores you don't work at the other stores so how would you know? I went a few doors down to the tobacco store and got change with no problem.its a guy name Joseph that works in there he is the only one that uses any common sense and is always helpful . The Caucasian manager never came up to address the issue even tho he could hear the issue from where he was standing."

"I love this Family Dollar. As soon as you walk in the store, someone is greeting you. They're always stocked, shelves are clean, and straitened. Sometimes I have to make myself drive by without stopping. The staff are very friendly. Wish I was good with names to give a shout out. Keep up the good work everyone!"

"UPDATE: The store was almost empty so I expected better customer service. I asked about liquid spray starch. The two young women said it'd be on aisle....I went back & didn't see it. I then see one worker walking down another aisle. She could have easily walked back there to show me. Do workers not do that anymore? After almost slipping & tracking soap in my car, I told the worker that the pkg space need to be cleaned up. A lawsuit waiting to happen. This is probably the only location in the Landover area I'll support. The other locations are terrible. I can't say I've ever had a problem at this store. Hopefully, they'll keep up the good work."
