"I took my dog to get the works done; my cousin recommended Lili & Furends because she uses them for dog sitting and raved about them. My cousin doesn't do that often because they are her children and is very protective over her babies. I'm embarrassed to say my dog was matted and needed to look like a Princess again. I took pictures before bringing her and they said no problem. They also do pick up and drop off which is great . They asked all the necessary questions about Princess which I appreciated very much. Princess went straight to them without a problem; which is a good sign. I received a call that Princess had fleas and they were going to treat it regardless if I paid the extra fee or not; which showed how much they cared. When Princess was ready I couldn't recognize her ; she looked liked a brand new dog. I was so happy of her transformation. They cut all her hair down , mouth care, ears, clipped nails, anal glands and the flea treatment for $100.00 Tips are optional but they definitely deserved it. I recommend this company and stand them 100 percent. I have already recommended them to my friends and family. Princess looks like a Princess again."
