"Got a delicious Ethiopian dish to go for lunch. Also picked up some CousCous and delicious Yirgachefe Ethiopian coffee. The place felt incredibly authentic, which I loved. I was confused at first when they didn’t give me silverware to go with my lunch, but when I opened it I remembered I was supposed to eat it with the Injira, of which there was plenty! Next time I’m going to get the veggie sampler to make sure I get some lentils in addition to this cabbage and carrot dish."
