"Waited in line to buy pizza got to the register ordered a slice And paid for it and then someone that was not in line walked up and asked for the rest of the pizza and they gave that person the rest of the pizza and told me I would have to wait For them to make new one. So I just asked a manager for a refund and left."

"The employees at this place really helped me out when I needed it in a huge way, so many thanks to them! If I had remembered their names, I would give a shout out, but they were incredibly kind and generous people! I will do my best to pay the kindness forward, they say they did for me!"

"This store made me mad. I went in to pay for some sunflower seeds and I purchase them all the time. I know how much they are. They are 2 for $1. When you add tax it is $1.06. I buy them weekly. The man behind the counter tried to explain to me that tax was now 9 cents on the dollar which is false. It is 9 cents for beer and wine not food. I did not continue to sit there and argue because there was a line. Give me my change back!"

"I purchased gas at a pump using a credit card. The hold placed on my card was for $100.00. When I contacted the store to ask why the hold would be for $100 (I've never had a hold of more than $1 for gas), the employee told me first that she did not know and would ask another employee. When she got back on the phone, she told me that "the employee said it's not their problem"... Ummmm, what? So then I asked for the number to corporate (I had to ask a few times because every time I asked, I would get responses like "why do you need that?" or "they won't tell you anything different"). Again, the lady on the phone didn't know the answer and then put me on speaker phone. At this time, another employee (I assume the one that said my issue wasn't her problem) asked me to "say that again". So again, I asked if I could have the number for the corporate office or headquarters. That girl also said "Oh, we don't know that number" and told me AGAIN that this is "not their problem". So I googled the corporate/headquarters and found the phone number - they were just as helpful as the store was. I did have them create a case to send up the chain and was told I should receive an email in 5-7 business days. The customer service from not only this location, but from the customer relations department has to be the worst I have ever encountered."
