"Went for chicken strips and wedges. Alex gave us freshly made items and he provided excellent customer service! Mark was also very nice and helpful as the shift supervisor. We plan to return to this location."

"No cashiers, customers are forced to ring their own orders in. The employee in the area said they don't open the full service register. No bags available at the self checkout registers and no receipt printed per request. So employee still had to get a bag then print the receipt, FROM THE REGISTER THAT'S NOT OPEN! Ordered two boxes of fried chicken. The employee stuffed it all into one. When I asked for another box, she stuck her nose in the air and tossed it on the counter. This location does not understand the definition or concept of customer service. The employees act like they're just part of a production facility with people walking around. Very sad."

"The young lady making the orders needs more training on what her job actually is and customer service . Order #800 11/19/2023. I ordered 2 tender meals , she handed me 1 order . I told her we had 2. She made the second one sloppy and placed it on the counter . I asked for a honey mustard for that one and she said you have to pay for it . I asked much and she said she didn’t know with an attitude. I’m not asking for her to change who she is but in customer service, you have to actually show customer service ."

"UPDATE 09/06/23 Problem went away for about a month. Now it’s right back to looking like Loves Truck Stop. Nice job. Looks like a truck stop. Lots of tractor trailers parked there every night all around the fuel island. Makes it hard to be able to get to the pumps & fuel your truck if you have a trailer. Employees always “ let the store manager know “ but no changes. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT"

"Stopped here for the first time, very dirty store. Wanted a salad and the ones on the shelf were bloated and went out of date 8/13/2023 and 8/24/2023. No straws for the slushies, had to use coffee stirrers. Self checkout register we used didn't have any bags."
