"I love this 7-11 it’s not that bad the people that work there are pretty cool. The people that are complaining are just miserable it’s a 7-11 what more do you expect."

"I am a truck driver and a value customer here at the 7 - 11 here in odeton Maryland I've noticed the past few months this store has really really gone down hill. Came in to get a coffee at 3:15am no coffee made. Only coffee made was Columbia coffee that was not even warm. You go to get a Big Bite. Most of the condiment station is empty. There is never any relish or onions as well the cheese and chili are empty all the time. The coffee Creamer is the same all the time it should be mixed up every now and then as well as the coffee lids the coffee lids are no good when they are on the cup you hit a bump coffee goes everywhere all over your cup holder down your cup holder inside your cup holder 7-11 needs to look into this lid problem you need to do something about your lids. And yes l have been going to Dunkin donuts right down the road."

"Horrible service. Refused to honor price marked. Took down sign while I stood there and said no. Treated me like I was stupid. The establishment is dirty, overpriced and outdated. The customer service level isn’t even one star worthy. This establishment gives #7eleven a bad name."

"I walked in the 7 eleven in Odenton over by the circle with two grocery bags from Giant. I wanted to see if they had what I was looking for (vanilla cream soda) and they didn’t so I started to walk out. Cashier women accused me of stealing. I’ll never go in there again if that’s how you treat people."

"The guy that works there in the morning afternoon super rude. Went in several times and watched him be overly friendly with the caucasian customers and barely acknowledge me when I enter or make a purchase . I went in during the free slurpee week and didnt get the second slurpee literally went to my car and came back in about 30 seconds later and asked for the free one and the guy acted like I wasnt just in there when I explained to him that I was he sighed and rolled his eyes at me and said get it."
