"I typically stop here after work to pick up a snack, between 12 and 4:30 AM. Without fail, for the last month, the door has been locked, with an employee within view of the door on their phone. Eventually, they notice I'm waiting for them to reopen (they're supposed to be 24 hours?) And unlock the door for me. This particular time, however, the employee in question was laying across the back counter, watching something on her phone. She occasionally glanced over at me and made eye contact, but would immediately go back to her phone. Thinking that, like the other times, she would eventually unlock the door, I waited there for around 15 minutes. Normally I don't complain about this sort of thing, but I'm starting to get kind of fed up with this, since it seems like the overnight crew here are deliberately trying to deter people."

"I went in to stop and get a pack of cigarettes for someone, i decided let me get a slurpee due to heat. I went to the machine, no lights were on and the machine wasnt working. I then went to the cashier to get what I actually came for. I told the guy that the machine wasn't working and he just stared at me. I guess he didnt care. I asked for the specific kind of cigarettes, I needed and he got them. No problem. However my problem is if i hand you my rewards card, i expect it to be handed back to me, not sat on the counter. I used to come here when the night shift guy was working...he was the only decent person with common sense. This guy works during the day it was around 445 pm. Hes trash. Wont go back there again, and i refuse to spend another dollar with them."
