"Very poor customer service. The manager yelled at me when I was refilling my water and told me to leave the drop of water on the ground. This place ...."
"Ladies restroom out of order. Men's area beyond filthy. Only 2 people working.. attitudes not great . 711 corporate office please address these consistent issues according to other posts."
"This 711 is one of my favorite stores near my apartment because the employees regularly welcome me as well as every pleasant cashier keeps the store reasonably clean. The only big downside of the store is that the pump does not always accept my card. So I had to step inside, thinking it's a card issue, but I'm not the only one who has this problem. i hope they fix it."
"I like this branch. Good location. They have a good selection of food options and great coffee. But today the cashier was exceptionally rude. Not to me, but I was shocked to see him shout at a customer who was not even talking to him. He was just asking a question and he was being attended to by another cashier. She was visibly embarrassed by her co-worker's behavior."
"Awful Customer Service. Unmasked employee greeted us with a growl instead of telling us which cash register to actually go to. At least we got a “How are you” to verify that he didn’t HAVE to growl at us. I said I was ok and asked how he was. Was I surprised not to hear a response? Barely. He told us our total was 15 dollars without scanning our items. When we told him they weren’t our items on-screen, he poked at it a little before voiding the incorrect items. He scanned our items finally, and then we asked for a yellow lighter very politely. He groped at the yellow ones a bit, before mumbling that one of the yellow ones he had was too hard to reach. He took an adjacent blue lighter and scanned it. We didn’t get a bye, or any indication that the transaction was over. At the very least, now I have something to compare really good customer service to."
