"The walk in lab services are wonderful. Very patient focused and team is very skilled. They even have a special room for kids to make their experience positive while getting their lab work done. Wouldn’t go anywhere else."

"3 hours and still waiting to be seen for a follow up appointment which should have been done and over with sooner. Apparently the receptionist didn’t check me in because apparently I was never in the system. If it wasn’t job related I wouldn’t come here!"

"This is the worst EMEGENCY EVER !!! Do Not Come Here for your good sake. This hospital didn’t care that I walked in pregnant with horrible abdomen pain and not breathing properly. After being there waiting “for a room” for 5 hours I decided to leave because This was insane I understand they probably had a lot of patients but come on 5 hours waiting to get check out. The lady in the front shouldn’t be working there her costumer service sucks!"

"Terrible service for patients. Stayed for 24 hours in the ER against my will because I am a minor. These people brainwashed my parents into leaving the hospital and leaving me in general. The nurses and doctors lie to get you to sign papers which can lead you to get transported to Philly at 1 in the morning. Due to the lack of communication, the doctor could not tell my parents that they had to be in Philly with me. After a 10 minute visit we had to go all the way back to this hospital where I was treated exactly the same, but by different people. Never going back and I recommend a different hospital. After all of that, the least I asked for was a dr note for missing school. They refused to give me the note so it counted as an unexcused absence. Thank you for wasting my time!"
