"The manager was pleasant until I returned a bra. The bra didn’t last very long. I wore it a handful of times and the underwire started to poke me so I returned it immediately. I was newly introduced to this brand by a friend and absolutely loved it and ended up spending a lot of money there. Never returned any items up until this situation. The manager/gm I’m not really sure what her position is but she was completely rude and I left in tears NEVER to shop there ever again. Rude individuals should not be working with people. She’s always super nice when I’m spending money and then just completely turned all over me wanting an exchange for the same bra."
