"I have mixed feelings about leaving a less than excellent review since the owners are nice people, but I need to be honest. This was my go to 7-11 for years but lately I’ve decided to stop going there for a number of reasons. First, I got food (beef jerky) that was well past its sell by date. They aren’t keeping up on rotation of stock. I’ve noticed other items past the sell by dates and pointed it out to employees who are dismissive. “Ok, I’ll tell the owner.” is the reply I get. Then I had a confrontation with a male clerk who works there in the afternoon. He insisted my card was defective or being declined. It wasn’t. It was there card machine. He got really indignant and impatient with me. I walked out and left the stuff on the counter. This guy ALWAYS has an attitude and if I walked in and saw him at the counter I just walked right back out. Lastly, for MONTHS their latte machine has not been working. It was dispensing cold lattes and sometimes sour milk! It would also only fill the cup halfway and the espresso would be cold. I have told the employees and even the owners several times and they just say, “Ok, we are going to have it repaired. Its been going on for months. Lately in the afternoons Ive gone for coffee and the urns are all empty. How/why does this even happen? Then, if you can get coffee the creamer dispenser is empty. The place has just really gone downhill since the summer and I can’t help but avoid going there now. Sorry."

"I've been going here a long time, over half a decade if I remember correctly, and I've never once had a problem with this 7-11. The staff is friendly and open to small talk so that it isn't as awkward waiting for your stuff to ring up. The selection and deals change pretty frequently, but that can be seen as a good thing to those wanting a little more variety. The store is well kept and clean, and it is easy to redeem and make the most out of 7-Rewards here, as the staff never give you a hard time about using the app. I really do recommend this 7-11 to those either coming once or as a regular customer, because either way, I doubt you won't be pleased."
