"It wasn't until I got my dog out of the car at home and realized that his paw was bleeding. His nail on his right back paw was cut to short and he was bleeding. No one told me not even the groomer that she made a mistake. I am disappointed to say the least as I have bringing him to the Forestville location since he was a puppy. I will not be returning. I would have liked to have known that it happened and not find out after he cried when I touched his paw. I would ask for my money back or my tip to say the least but what is the point. I'm not going to get it. I will say that for the future there should be more communication between the staff and the customers. Thank you"

"I was very disappointed in the service here. I brought my dog in for her appointment and the front grooming room was dirty. There were at least four types of dog fur piled on the floor, but only one dog was being groomed. If I didn't have an appointment, I would've walked right back out. When I got to the counter, the groomer informed me that they didn't have large kennels open. I booked my appointment online and know that the sites don't always account for kennel availability, so I wasn't upset with the employees, but I was annoyed that they spent 5-10 minutes talking to each other about not having a kennel open and not offering any solutions. I asked to reschedule and got an appointment for the next day since I knew I wouldn't get a sooner appointment anywhere else and my dog really needed a bath. I should've known better... My husband brought our dog in the next day and was told that she would be ready in 2-3 hours. 4 1/2 hours later, he came home with a damp dog with half-clipped nails! He was told that she freaked out at the dryer and almost broke the table arm. Mind you, she is only 65 pounds and while she's not a fan of dryers, she usually won't move too much. And that didn't explain why only her rear paws were trimmed and why a half-completed job took that long! Never again..."
