"I just picked up my dog from what was supposed to be a sedated full groom (he gets sensitive in certain areas) due to behavior/anxiety as well as a vet visit. The vet portion of the visit was fine. As far as the grooming portion, there was a disconnect and confusion within the staff for his sedated grooming. He did not receive sedation nor a full groom. The bit of cut he did receive to his head looks terrible and nothing like we discussed. He looks worse than when he came in. Hoping to talk with the manager and Tessa the groomer when they are back in the office sometime this week to have this issue resolved. Otherwise I highly do not recommend pet grooming here."
