"Dropped my puppy off for a nose drip at 10:30 in the morning was told it would take at least an hour. We are now 4 hours in and they supposedly “have her being seen now”after our second phone call. The quality of care is poor. There is convenience as far as their wellness plans, but at this point I’d rather take her elsewhere where and pay for better care than this. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Absolutely horrible."

"I'm going to start off by saying, if you have been having issues and can't find a vet that cares or wants to diagnose your pet, then this is the place you need. This is our third vet in an attempt to find anyone who would bother to help my German shepherd. He's a classic case of allergies and chronic ear infections. We knew he had allergies, but no one would help us with them it was always "he's probably allergic to his food; he's probably just allergic to chicken; change his diet" all of which we did with no success. We would spend around $300 per appointment just to have his ear infection addressed. Like clockwork the infection would come back a week or two later, if it even went away at all. At my very first appointment here they took the time to explain and also listened to me explain his condition. Of course, we couldn't actually find out what he's allergic to. Testing like that is very expensive, complicated, and usually there are still undiagnosed allergies. We did already know that. However, they offered us a daily pill or monthly shot to alleviate his symptoms. They also noted he has a skin infection..which again no other vet bothered to even let us know or help us with. For the appointment, a month of allergy medication(pill form), medication for his skin infection, and an updated rabies vaccine for my 92lb dog the cost was about $330. We will be back with our other dog and to continue the extensive care of our GSD. Thanks so much for giving me hope in providing my dog relief. I am incredibly grateful for them being so invested in my dogs care and being the only place to actually help me instead of mentally scarring my dog and taking the little money I have to do the bare minimum."

"I had my three cats seen as new patients. My cats are skittish as they are all rescues and two were feral. They did great with the staff for not knowing them. The technician took a lot of time with me letting me tell them about each one."

"If you care about your pet take your pet elsewhere terrible customer service. They made an appointment then claimed up and down I didn't have an appointment. Will refuse to allow you to talk to Anyone in management."

"The staff were friendly and efficient. They were able to fit us in for an urgent (non-emergency) matter. Our dog loves everyone there. Pricing is reasonable for the work they do. Would recommend Banfield to others."
