"I have been here several times for different services with both of my dogs. One of my dogs unfortunately is not as easy to deal with when she is getting her nails buffed. Most of the times, the groomer tries to be patient and at some instances we have gotten groomers that simply trim her nails (not buff them) if they think they might hurt the dog and they just charge us for the trim. The lady we got today was not patient and was hurting my dog to the point that I had to tell her to stop. I hate posting negative reviews, specially since the other guy that was helping my other dog and the lady at the register were really nice, but my dog was limping to the car from how hard the groomer was twisting her paw. First time we have ever had a problem like this with any groomer. If you are not a patient and caring person, then this is probably not the job for you."
