"My first focus at 7-11 is the coffee bar. Saturday the 21st, the coffee bar had one or two selections available. They were not what I buy. Generally speaking, the coffee bar was a wreck and dirty. This was 9am in the morning. TODAY 8/24, at 9am, the coffee bar was not as dirty (but not really clean either), and there was not a half"n" half container to be found. This is not good."

"Absolutely fantastic. I was just stopping by to get a bottle of water and some tool went into hysterics about filing an ADA complaint because he was told to put on a mask. The cashier (a redhead if her boss is reading this) and another employee handled the whole incident with an incredible level of poise, respect, and professionalism. They calmly but firmly insisted without losing their cool or backing down. Nothing highlights the quality of customer service better than a tough situation, and under fire the employees could not have been better."
