"I almost always shop Loft for work clothes. I was traveling for work and thought I'd pop into the local Loft because they were having a good sale. I was sadly disappointed in this specific Loft store. I walked in and a sales associate barked at me, "those are not for sale". She was a referencing a rack that was right at the entrance to the store. I looked at her a little in shock (I've never had anyone bark at me in Loft before) expecting an explanation and was given nothing. There was a second store asaociate folding clothes while having a really loud personal call on her cell phone. I found a few items and took them to the dressing room. It was a mess with clothes in almost every dressing room. Items were scattered across the floors and benches while 2 of the rooms had signs saying they were out of order. I went to check out, and the girl was relatively pleasant. All 3 girls working at the store were not dressed in Loft attire. This is the only Loft store I have ever seen associates wearing other (non-professional) clothing. I gave it 3 stars because I love Loft clothing, but I will 100% not return to this location."

"Kristen (385476) approach me the minute step in the store. If need any help please let me know. Kristen was very friendly, personable, kind, knowledgeable, fashion expert on petites sizes and all styles. I was in a very clean changing room. As soon had Ann Taylor clothes on Kristen give gave me assistance ASAP, while looking in those mirrors. Kristen would go out and find exactly what I needed. Kristen would always offer get the right sizes and style with me. All the staff so sweet and personable, while having the emergency weather alert going off because the big storm. During check out time everyone was so pleasant. I can’t wait to go back !!"

"Stopped in today and saw a fabulous sale. Two bags full to the brim were dangling from my arms when suddenly a lovely lady behind the counter offered to keep them until my husband picked me up four hours later. What a blessing. I must have exchanged short conversation with the entire staff and each one was a sweet as can be. Will be returning soon!"
