"Joy is a wonderful groomer and is first rate at working with the dogs (and their owners) that come into her shop. We rescued a brother and sister 2 years ago and we were totally overwhelmed with them at first. My husband and I took them to Joy's shop for nail clippings, for the first time, and despite having dogs our entire married life of 44 years, nothing that we did in the past worked with these two.
