"I attempted to contact the owner of Sudzy Pets repeatedly via phone, text and email. After many tries, she replied with extremely curt and rude messages with barely any follow-up. There was a slight misunderstanding when booking an appointment (which I will surely take responsibility for), but instead of clearing it up in a kind, warm manner, she messaged that I am not a good fit for her. I would never recommend dealing with this company."

"Amanda was our groomer & she was AMAZING! She texted when she was on the way with an ETA, which was great because I had time to take my girls out to use the bathroom prior to their service. Amanda took the time to ask important questions about how I wanted them cut, explained the whole process, and was very detailed. Extremely professional and caring! "Terrible value for the service. We have taken our two small dogs to Snooty Pooch many times and thought it would be nice to have a grooming service done without having to make the trip. In the end we paid triple the price for half the service and they don't even smell good. Both dogs are wet. Somehow our dogs harness became stuck during the service and we literally had to cut it off, so not only did we pay $150 for a bath, the groomer cut one nail and gave up and now we have to buy a new harness. And we paid literally nearly triple the cost for what a quality service would be. Very very unhappy with the experience."
