"Deli is SLOWWWW service"
"Used the kiosk to place an order for 7 different cold cuts and cheeses then went shopping. After about 30 minutes I was paged over the PA and texted that my order was ready. I went to the deli counter and Everyone was “busy.” Finally I got someone’s attention and they checked for my order. I was told they forgot to do my order and that the text and page were a mistake. Somebody accidentally hit the button. They then began slicing my order! 20 minutes went buy and I finally received my order. Two of the items were a pound short. I ordered 1.5 pounds and received a half pound. I went back to the counter and the one lady was eating the leftover trimmings from my order right by the slicer! I then waited another 10 minutes for the remainder of my order. I got home and two of the deli meats had pieces of the plastic wrapper cut in with the meat. I have been coming here for about 15 years, but after my experience today and other times in the past I won’t return. The whole store today was a mess...just appears poorly run."
"Open for the majority of Martin's hours, the deli has always done a good job at providing great service. Whether needing a certain cut or an item from the hot meals selection, the staff has always made sure that my needs are met adequately. The staff often work somewhat rushed due to a crowd of people that can easily build up during heavy traffic, but they still always are friendly and welcoming."
