"I am so surprised that the reviews state they have great customer service here, because I had the absolute opposite experience. I love Loft and always get my business outfits there but the managers/employees (who refused to provide me their names) at the Lehigh Valley Mall store 1581 are very rude to their customers and have terrible attitudes. Not willing to help and make personal, unprofessional comments that should not be made to any customer. Please change your employees at this location for a better customer service - makes me not want to come back!"
