"I stopped in to get different tires on my bike, and they were very helpful with choosing the right ones for the type of riding I would like to do. Since the bike arrived in a box partially assembled, they recommended one of their services to give it a full check to ensure everything is up to spec. When I picked it up, they helped me with a few additional things, and I was on my way. My bike feels and sounds much better and is working smoothly. I can't recommend them enough."

"absolutely outstanding maintenance and tune-up service. super fast same day turn around with a scheduled appointment despite the amount of work that needed to be done on my bike, which gave me a lot of peace of mind a week before my upcoming triathlon. friendly staff that helped me understand exactly what repairs were needed, why, and how much they cost. at no point did i feel surprised by expenses or unexpected changes to my bike. when i got it back, my bike fit remained the same as when i dropped it off, which i REALLY appreciated especially with all of the work done with my cockpit setup. 12/10 will go out of my way to go back to Philly Bikesmith for my next overhaul."
