"The pharmacy department is unprofessional and VERY RUDE!! I was hung up on by the pharmacy manger because they didn’t feel like transferring my medication to the correct cvs pharmacy!! He told me that he didn’t feel like doing it!! I needed my medication and they made it hard. It’s been 2 weeks and they still have yet to fix the problem."

"My wife and I have been using this pharmacy for over a year. Most of the pharmacy employees are very nice and helpful, but for the past few weeks the male pharmacist that answers the phone has been an issue. About 2 weeks ago I called with a question about a prescription, he put me on hold for 10 minutes, then the call somehow got taken off of hold, and I sat there listening him talk to someone about Target for another 5 minutes until I hung up and called back. Then today I called because the app said I had to call in for a refill. He kept talking over me when I was trying to speak. I mentioned that I had a question and he continued to ignore me and carry on with HIS questions. I've worked for CVS before in their Specialty Pharmacy. It's not a hard job. This guy obviously has some sort of inferiority complex or something that makes him feel the need to treat people this way. Definitely shouldn't be in a customer-facing role."
