"My wife and I have been using this pharmacy for over a year. Most of the pharmacy employees are very nice and helpful, but for the past few weeks the male pharmacist that answers the phone has been an issue. About 2 weeks ago I called with a question about a prescription, he put me on hold for 10 minutes, then the call somehow got taken off of hold, and I sat there listening him talk to someone about Target for another 5 minutes until I hung up and called back. Then today I called because the app said I had to call in for a refill. He kept talking over me when I was trying to speak. I mentioned that I had a question and he continued to ignore me and carry on with HIS questions. I've worked for CVS before in their Specialty Pharmacy. It's not a hard job. This guy obviously has some sort of inferiority complex or something that makes him feel the need to treat people this way. Definitely shouldn't be in a customer-facing role."
