"I've practiced at this studio for about 6 months off and on and overall I love it. I've found classes and instructors that I love--there are many options. Bobby Code is definitely my favorite, his voice is soothing and the pace is just right for me. I will try to make his class at whatever day/time it is because he is the BEST. I also enjoy Rita and Elena's classes. Their classes are typically for an older crowd, but there are plenty of modifications so I never feel like I'm not practicing to my body's ability level. In fact, I always come out feeling like I've had a good stretch and a proper workout. Amy's class is also very physical and she often encorporates elements of power yoga which I appreciate. If you want a true power experience try Mari's Thursday night class, you will be exhausted afterwards! I also love the crowd at Sol to Soul. There is a sort of peaceful comraderie and everyone gets to know each other, especially in the 11 am classes. It truly is a community of caring people. Kylie, the owner is also lovely, as are the front desk staff, they are both so sweet."
"I love taking yoga classes here. The staff is so friendly and approachable. The owner knows me by name and always welcomes me with a smile. They have a variety of classes for all skill levels and you don’t feel as an outsider if you can’t do a pose. I really enjoy classes here."
"Great yoga studio with hot classes. The owner, Cylie is very friendly and welcoming. She’s an excellent instructor too. My other favorite teachers are Bobby C. and Ron. The best part is the cool towels at the end of class. Lots of class variety for different levels, intensity, heated or non-heated. There’s something for everyone. The studio also has showers. Love this location."
