"I was in town visiting family this past weekend, and I dropped in for a Saturday WOD. Can't say enough good things about my experience! I had the pleasure of meeting Liz, one of the owners, who was working out with the class that day and Mary, our coach, was FABULOUS - super attentive, knowledgeable, funny and personable. The members are incredibly welcoming, the facility is beautiful (well equipped, very clean, bonus points for the hilarious holiday decor) and I immediately felt comfortable and at home. Enjoyed working out with everyone - WOD was challenging, fun and I can't wait to come back soon!"

"In from out of town for an extended period of Tim and needed to find a CrossFit gym. This is a great gym. People and coaches are great. The coaches really take the time to teach good fundamentals for the movement to prevent injuries. I like the smaller class size and AC during the summer, it’s a game changer (don’t worry you will still sweat even with the AC on). Highly recommend this gym if you are a drop in or looking for a gym to join. This is great for beginners to experienced CrossFit enthusiasts."
"Visiting from out of town and I was in a pinch to try to get my open 23.1 workout scored. Tyler was very responsive, contacting me back within a minute and met me early the next morning. Other coaches cheered me on during the workout. The gym is very clean and friendly. I will definitely drop in again when I’m visiting family."
