"My kids started going here this summer and I have nothing but good things to say. My goal for going was to help with their attention span and listening skills. So far they have worked with them and continue to do so even with my oldest who has speech delay and very short attention span. Ludin who is at the front desk is so patient and so sweet that it's so easy to talk to him. Mr Brendon who is their teacher is amazing. He redirects them when necessary with firmness but with so much love and patience. I recommend this place any day."

"PMA has been wonderful for our family. The staff are fabulous! Both kids and I are students here and we couldn’t be happier. The instructors incorporate fun drills for the kids so they learn technique while having fun. For the adults there are real life self defense scenarios presented with a focus on technique so you are prepared for anything. They embody the development of the full person, not just the technique or discipline in class. For example, my daughter had caused some trouble at school...being disruptive...and Mr. Brandon without missing a beat, asked her to come back to a private room for a discussion he focused on the student creed and enforced that these principles are important whether she is in class or not. He went above and beyond. During the quarantine, the school moved very quickly to online training so no one lost momentum. They are still offering online classes even though they are back to in person training. We have made great friends and training partners here and it’s like a second family. I highly recommend you check them out!!!"

"My family absolutely love this place from the owners to the staff. It is a family atmosphere it is loving environment. They care about your children in their education they also care about the structure of the family. I can go on and on about how I love this place. We have been a part of this Academy for two years and unfortunately we are moving out of the area relocated to another city so we won’t be able to train there anymore but I’m surely going to miss the staff tremendously. It’s been a great experience."

"I love this school. We came to a free event they posted on FB ( around Jan) and my son was given a free lesson and uniform. My then 4 yr old loved it so much that we signed him up that day! I was looking for a sport to put him in to build his confidence and physical strength. We tried soccer but it was too much for him. My son attends physical therapy and speech so I knew this type of environment would be great for him. He is now 5, graduated to the next level and passed his first belt test in 3 -4 months later. He has opened up socially and is more confident. The instructors are wonderful and even though I let them know my son might have some weaknesses they treat him very well. I can not say enough good things about this school. They really love what they do and love working with the kids. They learn so much, techniques, self love, respect and team work. Definitely check this school out for your little ones."
