My teen son and husband take the advanced classes as well and Shawn always takes the time to answer my son's questions and teaches thoroughly. "Both my kids started training at Calvert MMA last year with the little sharks program. Jim, Seth and all the coaches are top notch and do a great job of teaching self defense/bully prevention while still making it fun and engaging.
