"Very unorganized business and rude customer service. They sent a flyer home with kids at school, but I noticed the start date for tennis was different than the website. When I called to confirm, the woman was harsh and just said “we sent an email” and hung up. Well I didn’t get that email. Found out my neighbor did so she forwarded it to me. I emailed MSA to ask that they confirm I’m on their email list. They said they sent it and it’s either in my junk folder or I deleted it. No. My other neighbors son was enrolled in basketball and also never received an email. He called and told them the same thing and was also accused of deleting the email. The worst part of this experience is the last day of the program. The hard copy flyer AND the first email said 11/7 is the last day. Well on 11/14 they sent an email reminding us it’s the last day. I didn’t pack my daughter’s things because I marked my calendar already and didn’t check my email that morning (I shouldn’t have to that last minute). I emailed about my disappointment (attaching copies of both the flyer and original email indicating 11/7 as the last day) and instead of any kind of apology, all I got was “coach has an extra racket.” I then spoke with administration at school and they were also confused whether there was tennis or not. I know mistakes happen but at least say sorry for the miscommunication and acknowledge the misstep. I have already registered my daughter for another session before this fiasco and really hope they get their act together. Provide CORRECT dates, better customer service, and communication. The program is convenient since it’s right at her school and I do hope they can improve."

"If I could, I would like to give 0 for this terrible place. They claimed they would refund for the cancellations due to weather. When I called back and asked for it since their bad service, we are not going to continue. They said they won’t do the refund. In addition, the lady who picked up the phone was really rude. Also, they have messy management system, they always inform you the cancellation at last min, for example 12am that you can hardly rearrange your schedules. Please please don’t go to them if you don’t want to have headaches and waste your time!!!!!"

"Another time I am reminded to check reviews and in this case too, what seem like pretty reasonable reviews online, doesn't seem like people here were in some major personal dispute with this provider but I think it sounds like they are just not very well run, maybe those that had good experiences just lucked out. I cant really say for sure what happened at my 10 yo's baseball clinic because I wasn't there to see, but my son says he was there with kids all much younger than him and and the coach didnt do anything for his skill level even when his dad was there and was trying to encourage it, so he basically refused to go back. I think the mark of a well run group would have been if the coach maybe would have reported this to the owner, but when I called the owner after my son stopped going it was kind of clear why. She is a bit abrasive and doesnt really seem to care, just wants to know if she can get into another school and offer classes and promised me she would call me back about her offer to start a program at my school and offer us a credit. I have sent her a follow up email and requested a refund I think it is the reasonable thing to do if you want to keep people coming back or have them recommend you, but we shall see."

"MSA was running a program at my child's school so we signed up. About 3 weeks in the school told us that MSA did not have a permit to be there and the program was shut down. The owner Sharon is an incredibly difficult person to deal with and a total liar. I will not do any more business with this organization. I felt bad for the coaches that ran the program as my child really enjoyed them but it was clear Sharon lied to them also. I also asked about the coaches who are listed on their website and found out that they left the organization 7-8 years ago."

"We had a bad experience with the MSA tennis class. Mostly, the coach didn't begin the session in time and the session usually ends before the scheduled time. The sessions were supposed to be 9 dates. But at the 7th session, the coach told the children that this would be the last session in class. I emailed MSA to understand why this is happening but no answer. It was pretty bad experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone."
