"Sat in the er waiting corral after being triaged for over 5 hours . Mean while I threw up 3 time had many hot flashes and a really bad migraine. As I sat there the room cleared out 3 times in this time I sat . Not once did anyone come to me and explain or tell me anything about what’s wrong with me . I felt like I was a sheep in its coral just having the money squeezed out of my insurance. Very poor service there , I wouldn’t sen my worse enemy to this hospital. I suggest going to Allegheny general ."

"I came in for a sports related surgery and I have secondary insurance from the school. I get CONSTANT bills in the mail and when I call I give them the secondary insurance and they say to disregard the bills and it won’t happen again. I have received 7 bills in the mail and every time I call they tell me that my insurance is not on file. This is truly an awful place for billing and they send them constantly with intent that you pay them right away even if they are wrong and don’t have everything on file. I really would NOT recommend this place to anyone and would recommend to go elsewhere."

Yes at times waits are long but the care was wonderful. The vaccine clinic also so EXTREMELY well organized and ran so smoothly! So glad to have them here."
