"If you like shady business practices, then this is the place for you!! Starting in 2024 this PT practice charges insured patients an additional $15 High Performance Fee (HPF) for every appointment. This fee is billed directly to the patient and separate from insurance/ copays. The fee isn’t run through insurance, so it won’t count towards your deductible - gotta love that! True Sports codes the HPF as ‘Supplies’ but in their ESTIMATE OF PATIENT FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY paperwork the detail of the fee includes services likes distinguished staff, access to their app, and innovative blood flow restriction training. Not a single supply, and all services that your insurance covers. When I asked to contact Yoni (CEO) or Tim (COO) I was told they don’t have a business email or phone number — WHAT?!? The executives of this business don’t have an email address??!?? Yep, the executives of True Sports don’t have an email address. If you are cool with paying an extra $15 per appointment and an executive team that can’t be bothered - then I would highly recommend any of the True Sports locations!"
