"Poorly run store, with terrible management. Owner comes first, the almighty dollar comes second, and customers and employees a VERY distant third. The new ownership will surely and inevitably run this once reputable store straight into the ground with their callous, selfish, stingy attitude."

"Great store to get shoes and local sports apparel. Pricing is pretty decent as well. The associate we worked with was great too. Definitely worth stopping in to check out what they have."

"The owner's "customer service" makes McDonald's look like Chick-fil-A. You yell at a customer who has been patiently waiting since June for a product and September for a refund. I spent about $300 in one day at that store but I will never spend another penny."

"I told the cashier my daughter attended Van Reed Cheerleading. She told me Lincoln Park was the same and convinced me to buy shorts that I did not need. I ordered sneakers and the shorts on 6/13/2021. On 9/15/2021 I contacted them for my refund since it was annouced they were able to now. I called back 9/21/2021 because I was not contacted. I was finally called back and told I was to get one to go in. When I went in the man was not available and I was told I would be contacted the next business day. I contacted them today 10/4/2021 demanding my refund. The owner Cory Crebal refused to give a full refund for merchandise I did not recieved. He only refunded the sneakers. Then he yelled at me for his lack of training of his employees. Worst customer service ever!"
