"The lady who works here with short dark brown hair, not tall nor short and I believe is the manager because she has worked here a long time. Made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome in this old navy. Completely rude and miserable couldn’t even smile at the register to me nor did she say a single word to me. I have dealt with her before and she has never been “friendly” but this time was completely inappropriate. I will drive 30 minutes the other way to a different old navy just to avoid an interaction with her. All the other lady’s working were great! And the deals were good as well. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t put a smile on your face even on your bad days."
