"Had appointment for a scan. Was told when making appointment that the PIC team would be on hand. I even asked before hanging up if they would be available. Was reassured that they would be. Veins are very small.They told me I was not on the schedule when I got there.. Well that isn't my fault. This has happened twice. The staff is very nice but the ppl scheduling are extremely incompetent."

"Friendly people. Didn’t wait too long outside of the necessary time period for the contrast for my CT scan. Clean place. Close to home. My only complaint is that my portion of the bill was 75$ more then estimated. I don’t care that it was just an estimate. They have been doing this long enough to have gotten good at providing accurate estimates. It’s not like I walked in there and changed all my info or what procedure I was having done."
